Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, notification of approval or rejection will be sent to your registered email.
Refunds will be processed only if your return is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
Processing time is often required for a refund to be posted. If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, please check with your bank and credit card company first to confirm, then send us an email at artandistore@gmail.com or contact us through the enquiry form if the issue persists.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If defect or damage is found upon receipt and you require an exchange, please send us an email with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item taken upon receipt as proof to artandistore@gmail.com.
Shipping Products Back for Returns
Please email your order number and item details to artandistore@gmail.com or contact us through the enquiry form to request a return.
The shipping cost of returning the items shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Time of delivery for your exchanged items varies depending on the shipping destination. Trackable delivery service is highly recommended when returning any items back to us. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until arrival at the Artandi warehouse.
