DELIVERIES

We use S.F. Express for deliveries within Hong Kong and delivery charges will be calculated upon checkout. Should there be a delay or an issue with your delivery, please send us an email at artandistore@gmail.com or contact us through the enquiry form.

 

FOR HK CUSTOMERS

Standard Delivery (2-7 days)*

All orders will be sent by S.F. Express and recipients are required to pay upon delivery. Orders are not shipped or processed on bank holidays or public holidays.

*Deliveries during peak and promotional periods may incur delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Standard Delivery (7- 30 days)*

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery destination.

For deliveries outside of Hong Kong, please be sure to provide a shipping address in English and include a valid phone number before checkout. In certain countries, customs will seize packages that do not include this information.

There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rate at checkout when shipping to non-tax-free countries. Artandi does not take responsibility for any customs fee or charges incurred for orders shipping out of Hong Kong. The customs fee or charge is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. Express delivery service is available for most of the countries that we ship to. You will be able to see and choose from our available services once you have filled in the delivery address for your order.

Please note: Due to the potential for fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we deem it to be of risk. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

All exchange and refund will only be made within 7 days after the product has been delivered (as determined by mail tracking).

To be eligible for a return, the ordered item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items such as food and beverages
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Gift cards, art prints, posters, or magazines
  • Certain health and personal care items - e.g. Living scents
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
